Transnational Project Preparation Activities

Generation of a project which meets the following criteria:

• ­ Fulfilling the requirements of Priority1 an Measure2 and coherent with the Alpine Space Programme

• ­ Motivated and reliable partnership

• ­ adequate project structure (work packages)

• ­ Balanced and deliberate budget

1) Project idea, internal clarifications in Austria and Liechtenstein
2) Elaboration of a first project draft, contacts with the Austrian NCP
3) Meeting 1 in Innsbruck (18.11.05) with interested partners from 6 alpine countries
4) Detailing of project outline (objectives, structure, budget)
5) Negotiation / clarifications in the different regions
6) Meeting 2 in Feldkirch (6.12.05) for discussing details and making agreements between the partners
7) Finalising and submission of application form

Final NENA application form meeting the above aims, partner agreements, financial clarifications, responsibility and time-schedule.
