S. objectives; the regional teams of NENA build the basic units of the project. They have to be carefully established and well managed to assume the important function they have for either the whole project or the regions.
The PM should make sure that the networking made for the purpose of the NENA project, is maintained after the project is concluded. The regional structures developed in the project constitute a contact point for SMEs for further and future co-operations.

A difficulty to receive FLC-confirmation – especially for the Italian partners the need of time is immense.

5 independent organisations with their own focal point had to be co-ordinated a co-operation project was managed (Vorarlberg).
Discussions between the participating partners were necessary.
Joint work between the participating institutions like the Forestry Association, wood processors, the Energy Institute and the ARGE Renewable Energy was strengthened.
