Transnational Project Management
Objectives
Project management (TPM) will ensure high quality performance regarding content, organisation and finance. In addition it will be important to build a good and stable co-opeation among the NENA partners. Mobilization towards collaboration is an important challenge and should outreach the project activities.
Description of main activities
The project management includes the preparation of trans-national
meetings, support and counseling of the project partners in the
creation and structuring of national and trans-national activities. It
also includes the construction of an internet based information
platform and work group tool, scheduling appointments as well as
monitoring project activities, trans-national reporting and contact
with the joint technical secretary, trans-national project accounting
and financial management.

Expected outputs and results of the WP
See objectives: NENA shall be well managed with regard to content, orgainsation and finance. The trans-national project management (T-PM) will be carried out in close co-ordination with the project partner, CIPRA. This is because in the background, CIPRA is running the development of a trans-national, alpine wide network in WP 9. Besides the administrative and project related activities, the T-PM should contribute to creating long range, lasting structures for the purpose of the NENA project.
