Lyon has gone through a reorganisation of the organisation itself, which led to a new allocation of resources. The Grenoble Chamber of Commerce from France is interested to replace the partner Lyon. The CoE procedure causes time takes and wastes an enormous amount of money and time in relation to the whole project. It seems to me a strong weakness of the INTERREG program. In order to save money it’s important to change this procedure for the future. |
