The Vorarlberg timber construction contest award enjoys international respect.  With the implemented objects and their public presentations, „best practice” examples are shown and innovation in timber construction is supported.  In the framework of the NENA project sustainability criteria will be taken into account when the objects are judged.  The award ceremony itself and the exhibition that follows it are magnets for the public and can be used as a basis for the focal point of future events.
